Having previously run Kynance Guest House for 16 years in the same street, the owners of St Eia wanted to create a relaxing holiday cottage, which "ticks all the boxes" for a great holiday-location, quality accommodation, parking, outdoor dining areas and a lovely beach almost on the doorstep.
